Our Story


The objective of the project was to build a system that is able to charge and balance a 15 cell stack of Lithium Iron Phosphate cells connected in a series. An AC-DC converter with a stable DC output voltage and triggers an array of relays when an imbalance in cell voltages is observed. When the relays are triggered, they switch the cells from series to parallel for cell balancing.
