BOWERBOX RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our Story

In order to meet the Ministry of Education’s quality assurance guideline for maintenance of resources, every kindergarten has to keep an inventory of all resources and their subsequent movement and maintenance. This makes the management and tracking of resources a laborious process for every PAP Community Foundation (PCF) Kindergarten as the inventory has to be manually typed out, printed and filed.
The BowerBox Resource Management System was developed with collaboration with PAP Community Foundation (PCF) Kindergarten, Canberra Branch at Admiralty Link. It is to replace the school’s current paper-based resource management system with a computerized one. This system can be accessed via a website as well as an iPad application to assist the staff and principal in the overall management of their resources. The system fills a gap in the market as existing computerized resource management systems such as Gigatrak or NetSuite are not suitable for managing kindergarten inventories.
