Our Story


The TP-IBM IT Service Management (ITSM) Centre is a real-time learning enterprise which provides IT solutions to staff and students in Temasek Polytechnic. The ITSM Centre handles a large number of cases daily. The most common problems usually concern internet connectivity, password-resetting and audiovisual setup. Users find it difficult to troubleshoot these problems on their own due to the numerous steps involved.
In order to help ITSM staff and users in resolving issues such as troubleshooting internet connectivity and password re-setting in a shorter time, the Continual Service Improvement project developed fast and easy solutions for these common IT problems. They include a one-click application for internet connectivity, a user-friendly password-resetting system and a streamlined 4-step audiovisual set-up guide. The end results bring more efficiency and customer satisfaction.
