Our Story


The Service Quality Management department in a bank supports various frontline departments by providing service quality analytics reports. Manually generated reports usually involve a laborious process and are prone to human errors, requiring many levels of validation checks before they can be disseminated.
The Analytics Report Automation Project was developed to automate report generation so as to reduce the cycle time required in this process and improve efficiency. This would also free up staff that could then be reallocated to other tasks.
