    It is easy and free to create a project. We don't have an application process, so you can get start right now.

    There is no limit on projects, although we strongly encourage participants on IdeaBank to focus on substance: quality, not quantity.
  • What are the different categories for?
    The different categories mean projects with a specific, creative goal. We welcome projects from all kinds of diversity.
How to fund project
  • Who can fund projects?
    Only registered member can fund projects.
  • How do I fund a project?
    To fund to a project, just click the red "Fund Project" button on any project page.
    You will be asked to enter your fund amount and make your payment by PayPal.
  • Is my fund amount publicly displayed?
    Yes. Your fund amount will be displayed publicly displayed.
Creating an account
  • Why do I need an account at IdeaBank?
    At current stage, only registered members have authorization to access advanced features.
  • How do I sign up for IdeaBank?
    If you don't have a IdeaBank account, you can sign up for one in a few easy steps.
    To sign up for a new account, enter your personal particulars into the form here.
    After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the email address you provided.
    Please note that, new registered account will be verified by IdeaBank administrator before you can access to the account.
  • What are the steps required to set up my account for receiving funds?

    2. Enter your paypal account detail.
  • What are the steps required to set up PayPal Payments account?

    3. Upon signing up, PayPal will prompt you to select an account type.
    4. Select Premier account type.
    5. Enter your information.
    6. Confirm your email address to activate your PayPal account.
  • When will I receive my payment?
    Funding will be transfer to your account after the funding period is end and the project funding goal has been achieved.
    A notification email will be sent to your email address after transaction has been done.
  • I have yet received my payment. What should I do?
    Only successful project will be received the fund.
